About us
From our space in Sant Cugat del Vallès, we craft a wide variety of artisanal ferments: kombucha, kvass, sourdough, kimchi, koji, lacto-ferments, and more. Our passion for natural processes is reflected not only in what we make, but in how we live.
We’ve also set up a self-service fridge, where visitors can pick up fresh ferments, drinks and homemade products at their convenience. Always fresh, always alive.
